I ate here twice and got the mushroom udon both times. It's fantastic! I wish I lived closer to Nudl so I could eat here more often. Also, the whisky cake with ice cream is delicious, highly recommend it if you have room for dessert.

Not an extensive menu and a little pricey but amazing food and worth every penny. I was ordering miso Ramen and add pork belly and teriyaki eggs, when the lady told me they had a special and pointed to a little sign to the side. The special was Tonkotsu, which was exactly what I was trying to put together. Saved me a few dollars, so very helpful. Also ordered sushi roll and matcha with cream without the Boba. Everything was 10/10. Would definitely recommend. -edited because autocorrect didn't like the word matcha apparently

Overall I had a lovely time here. Although some say the prices are high, this type of food is not easy to perfect and make delicious. We got the Thai shrimp satay, the potstickers, and I got the special which I forgot what it was but it was pork and something. After spending a good amount of time in Thailand, the shrimp satay had a very similar and delicious flavor to that which would be made there. I just came back from Japan as well and the daily special I had was again similar in flavor and presentation which was delicious. Even after sitting in the broth for a while the pork was still crispy and delicious. The pot stickers were delicious as well, and had a crisp that stayed the whole time we ate them. The food came out hot and delicious and was more than enough to make us full. I even had to take some home. We also ordered the Thai tea which was delicious too. Overall the price may be a bit high compared to other restaurants around, but the flavor does make it worth it. Furthermore, the food being fresh and hot right at our table is even more appeasing. I recommend anyone to try this place at least once. I will be back.

We enjoyed a authentic Korean lunch while touring Bedford, PA! The brisket Bao buns were very flavorful and the Vietnamese noodle soup had a well seasoned broth with vegetables. Both were just right as lunch choices. The Thai iced Boba tea was refreshing on this hot day!

Absolutely amazing. Best ramen I ever had and I wish I lived closer! I was driving across state and looking for highly rated food places and saw the great reviews so I wanted to see for myself. Staff was incredibly friendly and the food was as amazing as it looked. Really recommend if you’re in the area to stop by and bring your friends! You won’t be disappointed.

Really cute restaurant, and employees are incredibly nice and helpful. The ramen was very tasty with a rich broth. The "pho ga" broth felt a bit sour but overall did not taste too bad, however this dish does not resemble an actual bowl of pho whatsoever. The prices are a bit high but for it being the only restaurant serving these dishes in the area, I would say it's worth it to go!

Second time around and still can't believe how good the food is here! The shrimp bao buns were amazing! I highly recommend the pho ga! I cant wait to try something new next time!

The address says Pitt Street but this is located at the far back of the gigantic industrial building that is been converted into a mini pedestrian mall. Consider entering from public parking along Central Way. Or, enter from the front and enjoy the art displayed on the walls of The Pedestrian Mall hallway. The food was exceptionally good. We live in the Philadelphia area and frequent a variety of noodle restaurants there. It was a great delight to find this restaurant in a small town when we just stopped off of the highway in search of dinner while enroute to Pittsburgh. It would compete favorably in any big city. Staff were attentive and keep the place spotlessly clean. As has been noted by other reviews, the portions are very generous. This restaurant is well worth a quick detour off of i-76.
